Airport Railway
CityRail trains serve the international & domestic airport
terminals. Travelling time to Central Station is approximately 10-15
minutes. Disembark at Central & walk to the country platforms for
trains to the Blue Mountains.
Take Note
- Airport trains will be full of commuters in peak periods.
- There is no provision for luggage. Aim to ride in an end
compartment
of a carriage, as they have fewer seats & more floor space, & no stairs
to climb or descend.
- Central is the first stop after emerging from underground.
- If you miss getting off at Central, don't panic. The train will
loop around the City Circle (5 stops) & come back through Central.

Sydney Buses
Dedicated Airport Express buses, with provision for luggage,
operate from the international & domestic airport terminals to
Sydney City, stopping at Central Railway Station. Disembark at Central
(Eddy Avenue) & walk to the country platforms for trains to the Blue Mountains.

Airport trains start from the City Circle, travel underground from
Central to the Domestic then International stations, then via
the East Hills Line to the outer south-western suburb of Campbelltown.
