Full Steam Across the Mountains
Phil Belbin & David Burke

Full Steam Across the Mountains features the paintings of artist & steam enthusiast, the late  Phil Belbin. In addition, there many photographs, drawings & diagrams dating back to the nineteenth century.

A very readable text tells the story of the railway, starting with it's design & construction. It continues with tales of operations, accidents, robberies, experiments & improvements through to the 1070's.
